Job Description
Business Development Manager pursuing new business opportunities in the U.S. technology sector within IT staffing and consulting solutions. Engage with key decision-makers to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. technology sector across IT staffing, nearshore teams, and custom software development services.
- Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to understand their needs and position tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline KPIs.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT staffing, nearshore outsourcing, custom software development, or related technology services.
- Proven track record opening new accounts and meeting sales quotas.
- Experience engaging senior decision-makers at U.S.-based companies.
- Solid understanding of staff augmentation, SOW models, and U.S. tech market dynamics.
- Fluent English (C1/C2), both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
