Job Description

Business Development Manager expanding TD SYNNEX technology sales across Caribbean and Central America. Building customer relationships, driving account growth, and connecting clients with product solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape customer sales strategies and expand business across the Caribbean and Central America
  • Build trusted relationships with assigned accounts
  • Connect customers with product-line solutions that advance priorities and deliver financial results
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing knowledge of brands, products, technologies, and solutions
  • Execute strategic account-growth plans
  • Strengthen customer partnerships and create demand through value-added solutions, seminars, training, and resource awareness
  • Share program results, identify challenges, and recommend growth strategies to the Account Manager
  • Monitor product, competitor, technology, customer, and market trends
  • Cultivate productive relationships with field suppliers
  • Support additional initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Serve as the primary sales connection between TD SYNNEX and its customers

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Three or more years of relevant professional experience
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Strong knowledge of an assigned product or service line and willingness to learn the broader portfolio
  • Experience guiding small to mid-sized accounts of moderate complexity toward growth
  • Self-directed mindset and drive to improve sales and service processes
  • Track record of building direct customer relationships, expanding the customer base, and increasing sales
  • Collaborative, results-focused approach and ownership of outcomes
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • A master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline would be an advantage
  • Professional sales certification, such as CPSP or equivalent, is welcomed
  • Relevant vendor or technology certifications are a plus
  • Ability to work occasional nonstandard hours or overtime
  • Must be based in Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, or Panama
