Job Description
Business Development Representative building qualified pipeline for Fresche Analytics, Fresche Solutions’ data modernization business. Engaging CFOs and Finance leaders through targeted outbound prospecting.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and target accounts for Fresche Analytics solutions
- Identify CFOs, Finance leaders, FP&A teams, Controllers, Analytics leaders, and other key decision-makers
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and industry databases
- Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Explain how analytics solutions improve financial reporting, business intelligence, data visibility, and decision-making
- Tailor outreach to prospects’ industries, challenges, roles, and technology environments
- Conduct initial discovery conversations and qualify potential opportunities
- Document qualification information in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the Analytics sales team
- Provide prospect context and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives
- Generate qualified Analytics leads and pipeline
- Track and report lead generation, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on outbound campaigns and messaging
- Maintain accurate prospecting, account, and contact records in Salesforce
- Track activity, meeting, opportunity, and pipeline targets
- Develop knowledge of data and analytics, financial analytics, business intelligence, reporting, AI, and modern data platforms
- Work closely with Analytics Account Executives and Marketing
- Share feedback on objections, messaging, market trends, and customer pain points
- Generate approximately 8–12 qualified Analytics meetings per month
Requirements:
- Proven success in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or business development role, preferably in technology, analytics, SaaS, or IT services
- Experience prospecting to senior business stakeholders; CFO or Finance leader engagement experience is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Ability to understand and clearly articulate analytics and technology concepts in a business-focused manner
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Outreach, or similar CRM and prospecting platforms
- Experience or familiarity with analytics, financial reporting, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data, or related technologies is an asset
