Job Description

Business Development Representative growing Kinly’s collaboration, systems integration, and managed-services sales. Prospecting enterprise customers, managing accounts, and generating new business revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue through recognition and realisation of opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Leverage Kinly products and services to enhance customers’ businesses and grow opportunities
  • Build messaging to sell Kinly’s full product and service portfolio across customers’ businesses
  • Create stakeholder maps and orchestrate account coverage plans
  • Identify customer contract renewals and develop renewal plans
  • Drive year-over-year profitability and revenue growth in assigned accounts
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals through account growth strategies
  • Work with marketing to create sales programs centred on OEM endorsements
  • Conduct regular business reviews and reporting with major accounts
  • Manage relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and resellers
  • Provide input into pricing, positioning, and strategy
  • Research, prospect, and establish corporate relationship leads
  • Conduct introductory needs-analysis/discovery meetings
  • Prepare and present proposals to corporate decision-makers
  • Generate new business revenue, with attention to net revenues
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact and client-needs understanding through product/service delivery closure
  • Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers
  • Collaborate across departments to identify, develop, and deploy service offerings and lead strategic engagements

Requirements:

  • Entry-level sales role
  • Eager to develop a successful sales career
  • Driven and self-motivated character with a passion for selling
  • Capable of pursuing audio-visual, managed services, and voice integration business opportunities within enterprise corporate spaces and other potential growth markets
  • Capable of establishing strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable managing relationships with executive-level contacts
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical buyers
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
