Job Description

Business Development Representative Júnior with focus on B2B SaaS prospection at Neogrid, impacting retail and industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Active Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting (focused on B2B/SaaS companies)
  • Multichannel Approach: Execute structured, personalized cadences using phone, email, LinkedIn, events, and ABM strategies.
  • Building a Qualified Pipeline: Create, validate, and nurture lists of strategic leads, focusing on delivering value from the first contact.
  • Discovery: Conduct in-depth initial diagnostics to understand the lead's pain points.
  • Data Hygiene and Management: Operate CRMs and prospecting tools with strict discipline.
  • Continuous Improvement: Create, test, and refine scripts, templates, and cadence flows with a focus on conversion.

Requirements:

  • B2B Prospecting Experience: Proven track record in inbound/outbound prospecting, preferably in a SaaS model.
  • Results-Oriented: Consistent track record of meeting targets (appointments scheduled, qualified meetings, and pipeline generated).
  • Sales Methodologies: Practical command of frameworks such as SPIN Selling and BANT.
  • Technical Tools: Hands-on experience with the HubSpot CRM.
  • Communication and Active Listening: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle objections strategically and consultatively.
  • Essential Soft Skills: Organized to manage multiple workflows, resilient in handling rejection, proactive and autonomous in managing daily processes.
  • Nice to Have: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM; familiarity with complementary data and sales intelligence tools (e.g., Lusha, Apollo); experience with prospecting tools (such as Sales Navigator); experience or knowledge of the Supply Chain, logistics, or industry-to-retail commercial relationships; interest in or familiarity with using AI tools to optimize productivity and daily processes.
