Job Description
Business Development Representative identifying and nurturing client relationships for a personal injury attorney marketing firm. Driving sales efforts through proactive outreach and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities by engaging with and nurturing relationships with potential clients
- Conduct 50 dials per day minimum
- Schedule 12 sets per month
- Hold 10 meetings per month
- Maintain 80% or above show rate
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
