Job Description
Business Development Representative building outbound sales for Blockworks’ crypto data and software platform. Prospecting fintechs, exchanges, banks, enterprises, and technology companies.
Responsibilities:
- Run outbound prospecting across email, phone, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, warm introductions, and other channels
- Make cold calls and conduct the initial qualification conversation
- Book qualified meetings for sellers
- Provide sellers with sufficient context to prepare for meetings
- Leverage the DAS conference to generate qualified meetings
- Document successful approaches and build a scalable outbound system
- Work directly with sellers and leadership
- Sell data and software to fintechs, exchanges, banks, enterprises, and crypto-focused technology companies
Requirements:
- Ability to use AI for more than drafting emails
- Ability to perform high-volume outbound work
- Demonstrated ability to generate replies from cold emails
- Comfort speaking by phone with executives
- Interest in following the crypto industry
- Ideally, prior experience carrying and achieving an outbound meeting quota
- Legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without restrictions
- Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
