Job Description

Business Development Representative qualifying leads and scheduling consultations for Vyne, a dental revenue-cycle technology company. Managing outbound and inbound sales activity across eligible U.S. states.

Responsibilities:

  • Make approximately 80 daily contact attempts from company-provided strategic target lists and inbound marketing qualified leads
  • Convert all marketing qualified leads to Sales Qualified Leads by scheduling consultations with Practice Revenue Advisors
  • Accurately track sales-related activities and notes in Salesforce
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and share knowledge and techniques with fellow sales team members
  • Attend training and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Vyne Dental product value and technical aspects
  • Understand the competitive landscape and keep current on competitors' offerings and industry trends
  • Review and approve monthly commission statements in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals for sales, customer satisfaction, and client retention
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business and organizational objectives

Requirements:

  • Must reside and work from Utah, Indiana, Georgia, or Tennessee
  • High School/Technical Degree/Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience
  • 0-1 years of experience in an inside sales call center is preferred, though a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Door-to-door either setters or closers or collections agencies a plus
  • Working knowledge of sales process and customer service
  • Experience in the dental industry, specifically dental billing and practice management is a plus
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle Management is a plus
  • GSuite and Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform the described physical demands, with reasonable accommodations available
  • May have incidental responsibility for securing PHI/PI, human resource information, financial administrative accounts, and corporate application access
