Job Description

BDR prospectando patrocinadores e gerando reuniões qualificadas para projetos. Gestão de pipeline, CRM e vendas consultivas em ciclos comerciais longos.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively hunt for companies and potential sponsors, identifying organizations aligned with the projects
  • Build and update lists of companies, contacts, and decision-makers
  • Conduct active prospecting through multiple channels to generate new business conversations
  • Deliver personalized outreach and lead the initial stage of the consultative sales process
  • Qualify leads and opportunities and schedule meetings aimed at closing business
  • Conduct structured and persistent follow-ups, taking long sales cycles into account
  • Keep the pipeline organized and up to date, ensuring visibility into each opportunity
  • Maintain and monitor the CRM, including contact history, next steps, status, and relevant information
  • Support the design and continuous improvement of the company’s sales processes and CRM
  • Identify opportunities to improve the prospecting and conversion funnel
  • Support the submission and organization of projects for calls for proposals, when necessary
  • Use AI tools for research, information organization, call-for-proposal analysis, and productivity gains, critically evaluating the quality and relevance of the information

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales prospecting and consultative sponsorship sales
  • Proven track record of hunting and acquiring new clients
  • Commercial mindset, with a focus on opportunity generation and results
  • Resilience when handling rejection, objections, and long sales cycles
  • Experience with CRM or sales management tools
  • Analytical mindset for researching companies and identifying potential opportunities
  • Ability to work with targets, high contact volumes, and the generation of qualified meetings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization and discipline in pipeline management and follow-ups
  • Proactivity and autonomy to build and manage your own prospecting schedule
