Job Description
Business Logic Expert reviewing AI-generated business content for professional accuracy and etiquette. Helping TELUS Digital improve AI systems through remote, flexible freelance work.
Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated business emails, reports, and strategies for professional soundness
- Check whether AI-generated client emails are professional, polite, and persuasive
- Fact-check marketing plans, budgets, calculations, and standard business advice
- Train AI to handle office tasks such as meeting summaries, invoice drafting, and project timelines
- Ensure AI understands business etiquette for the relevant region
- Contribute to the development of AI technologies used by major global brands
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance
- Native-level proficiency in your primary language
- B1 (Intermediate) English proficiency
- 1–2 years of experience working in an office environment, including internships, noted as a plus
- Successful completion of a subject-specific qualification exam
- Completion of ID verification
- Ability to work as an independent contractor
- Work is subject to project availability and quality requirements
