Job Description

Business Process Analyst overseeing technology implementation and communications at Freedom Mortgage. Ensuring successful delivery and adoption of initiatives in business control operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee technology implementation activities impacting business control and operational processes
  • Assess operational impacts, control considerations, and workflow changes
  • Partner with technology teams to ensure business and control requirements are accurately represented
  • Coordinate testing efforts including UAT, regression testing, and control validation
  • Develop and execute communication plans supporting technology implementations and operational changes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University
  • Three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training
  • Sagent LoanServ servicing system experience
  • Industry and product knowledge
