Job Description
Business Process Improvement Specialist driving efficiency and implementing solutions in Retirement Operations. Analyzing performance data and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and communicate recommendations, supported by data and analysis, to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities across workflows and controls, partnering with teams to enhance efficiency, capabilities, accuracy, customer experience, and overall return on investment.
- Define and document business requirements and user stories to support approved solutions and process changes.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate, design, and implement solutions aligned to business needs.
- Monitor and track initiative progress, ensuring measurement, accountability, and timely communication of updates across the enterprise.
Requirements:
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 1-3+ Years of experience in Business Process Improvement including project management experience that directly aligns to the responsibilities of this position
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with others in a fast paced, team environment
- Solid relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues)
- Ability to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solution.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Solid project management skills with the critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects/business needs in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
