Job Description

Business Process Lead managing operational workflows for Aetna Employer Portal. Leading the documentation of business processes and collaboration with management to implement changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the documentation of business process for operational workflows critical to the success of Employer Portal administration.
  • Include operational support team process, business partner process that needs to change/modify as a result of features introduced in the portal, and registration workflows through AccessHub.
  • Develop and document migration plans for applications and tools that will be sunset once the features in the Employer Portal are available for clients to utilize.
  • Work closely with the Business General Manager and Program Manager of the Employer Portal to ensure all business readiness needs are identified, supported and implemented.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years Process Management
  • Minimum 7 years in Healthcare Industry or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in management consulting, financial analysis, project management, operations management, sales and/or marketing
  • Experience with mid-sized cross-functional initiatives, with a moderate to high degree of complexity
  • Experience developing analysis, presentations, and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiatives
  • Ability to travel as needed
