Job Description

Business Solution Architect translating customer requirements into scalable solutions for Elections Products platform. Engaging with stakeholders to ensure compliance and platform integrity while working fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate customer requirements into structured platform-level solutions, producing PRDs, process flows, technical requirements, and domain models as primary deliverables.
  • Analyze and abstract jurisdictional variations across government client requirements.
  • Evaluate technical feasibility of proposed solutions in partnership with Engineering leads.
  • Define platform abstractions and configuration approaches.
  • Ensure requirements documentation is complete, traceable, and actionable.
  • Engage directly with Product Managers and Business Analysts.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure BSA deliverables translate cleanly into user stories.
  • Work with Engineering leads to review and refine solution designs.
  • Participate in sprint reviews and planning ceremonies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, solution architecture, product management, or a related discipline in a software product environment.
  • Demonstrated experience producing structured requirements artifacts, including PRDs, process flows, use cases, and domain models.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery practices, including how requirements flow from strategy through implementation.
  • Ability to analyze complex, multi-stakeholder requirements and design scalable platform solutions that serve varied client needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and business requirements to engineering teams.
  • Experience working with government or regulated-industry clients, with an understanding of compliance-driven requirements environments.
