Job Description
Business/System Analyst für mobile, Web- und Banking-Systeme bei globalem Softwareentwicklungsunternehmen. Erfassung von Anforderungen, Architektur-Dokumentation und regulatorische Compliance in internationalen Projekten.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile applications on iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS, as well as a web-based admin panel
- Develop functional and technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Model business processes and user flows using BPMN and UML
- Document integration and system architecture requirements for mobile applications, the admin panel, APIs, microservices, and databases
- Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams
- Manage the product backlog
- Participate in release planning and roadmap definition
- Prepare regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and PSD2
- Analyze risks, metrics, and implementation quality
- Participate in testing and monitoring
- Support international projects and clients in digital transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Experience in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or healthcare
- Experience integrating banking and third-party systems, including SWIFT and ERP platforms
- Hands-on experience with microservice architectures, API-first approaches, REST, gRPC, and event-driven systems
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation using BPMN, UML, BRD, FSD, SRS, and user stories
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, and Excel
- Understanding of DevOps processes and infrastructure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Strong analytical and communication skills, systems thinking, and attention to security and regulatory requirements
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- German proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
- Nice to have: Experience in systems analysis
- Nice to have: Experience analyzing and documenting complex banking processes and integrations
- Nice to have: In-depth knowledge of banking products and processes, including cards, accounts, loans, payments, transfers, card tokenization, and wallets
