Job Description
Temporary remote Campaign Fundraising Manager driving peer-to-peer fundraising, participant recruitment, and volunteer engagement. Supporting Blood Cancer United’s cancer-fighting mission across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive peer-to-peer fundraising growth across a multi-region territory to achieve revenue and participant recruitment goals
- Execute fundraising strategies and campaign plans supporting revenue growth and participant engagement
- Develop and manage relationships with fundraisers to increase engagement, fundraising performance, and long-term involvement
- Conduct phone, email, and virtual outreach to recruit participants and drive fundraising activity
- Coach and support fundraisers to help them achieve and exceed fundraising goals
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular revenue projections and progress updates
- Partner with regional teams to identify opportunities for recruitment, engagement, and revenue growth
- Recruit, cultivate, and support fundraisers throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Manage and steward fundraisers to maximize engagement, retention, and fundraising results
- Provide fundraisers with resources, tools, incentives, and ongoing support
- Recognize and celebrate fundraiser achievements
- Foster a positive volunteer experience and strengthen long-term connections to Blood Cancer United and its mission
- Maintain working knowledge of the Blood Cancer United mission and programs
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience fundraising, sales, marketing, communications, or event planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems
- Familiarity with digital, social media, and emerging online platforms
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Comfortability in cold calling
- Detail-oriented with sound professional judgment
- Ability to work full-time 35 hours a week
