Job Description
Campus Recruitment Specialist driving high-volume hiring of student entrepreneurs for Fresh Prints’ custom apparel startup. Converting leads through outbound recruiting, sales, and candidate screening.
Responsibilities:
- Drive volume hiring of Campus Managers at Fresh Prints
- Convert leads into Campus Managers
- Develop and follow recruitment processes to source, qualify, and convert talented students
- Promote and market the Campus Manager job through outbound recruiting campaigns, including calls, emails, and texts
- Screen potential Campus Manager candidates
- Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the in-house Interviewing team
- Collaborate with the Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly recruiting goals
- Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics
- Coordinate with interview and training teams
Requirements:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
- Fluency in English is a must
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
- 1+ years of High volume recruiting experience
- 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
- Proactive
