Job Description
Campus Sales Recruiter scaling recruitment of student entrepreneurs for Fresh Prints, a New York City-based custom apparel startup. Converting leads into Campus Managers through high-volume recruiting and outbound sales.
Responsibilities:
- Follow detailed recruitment plans and processes while adding creative approaches to reach and exceed individual goals
- Promote and market the Campus Manager job through outbound recruiting campaigns, including calls, emails, and texts
- Screen potential Campus Manager candidates
- Schedule initial prospecting meetings with the in-house Interviewing team
- Work with the Recruiting Team Manager and fellow Campus Recruiters to achieve quarterly recruiting team goals
- Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics
- Coordinate with interview and training teams
- Convert leads into Campus Managers and help source, qualify, and convert talented students at scale
Requirements:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
- Fluency in English is a must
- Great interpersonal and people skills
- 1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- 1+ years of outbound sales and marketing experience
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
- LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
- Proactive
