Job Description
Capital Markets Sales Officer responsible for originating and distributing lease transactions at Flagstar. Focusing on growing the bank's leasing portfolio through market opportunities and relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Originate, structure, and execute lease transactions
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors
- Lead syndication and secondary market sale of lease assets
- Stay informed on leasing and structured finance market trends
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- 5+ Years combination of equipment leasing, capital markets, lease syndication, structured finance, finance &/or relationship management experience
- Proven ability to originate and execute lease transactions in institutional and equipment leasing markets
- Strong network within the leasing and financial services industry.
