Job Description

Cellular therapy account director launching Pierre Fabre’s Tab-cel treatment for rare transplant-related lymphoma. Managing US treatment-center relationships, onboarding, education, and account strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead disease awareness efforts and develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts to understand unmet need and patient journey
  • Lead onboarding processes for launching an allogeneic cell therapy
  • Navigate complex account environments and collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations functions
  • Use customer insights and analytical data to design and execute strategic account plans
  • Equip treatment center staff with process training to eliminate barriers and optimize operational workflows
  • Conduct disease-state education, site-of-care onboarding, market mapping, and research during pre-approval
  • Identify and engage medical experts in cell therapy, bone marrow transplant, lymphoma, and solid organ transplantation
  • Understand cell therapy and transplant-center processes and map onboarding requirements
  • Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet medical need, standard of care, and patient journey
  • Create and maintain detailed site account plans
  • Coordinate with cross-functional functions to support efficient customer experience and expedited access to Tab-cel Ebvallo
  • Map institutional operations, patient flow, and referral networks
  • Execute territory business plans with account-specific KPIs and tactics
  • Partner with service line directors, administrators, coordinators, pharmacy committees, transplant administrators, and medical societies
  • Collaborate with marketing on US promotional materials
  • Facilitate relationships with key commercial stakeholders within target institutions
  • Support professional meetings, including exhibit staffing, scientific-session reporting, and medical-expert meetings
  • Drive collaboration with field-facing teams, market access, medical affairs, and cell therapy technical operations
  • Competitively promote Tab-cel Ebvallo through expertise in EBV+ PTLD, product knowledge, and clinical expertise after approval
  • Share account and HCP insights, business trends, competitive shifts, and therapeutic-landscape changes
  • Drive appropriate product utilization and educate stakeholders on Tab-cel efficacy and safety
  • Create urgency to treat appropriate patients using approved promotional materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on evolving business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience within the biopharma industry
  • Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines
  • Demonstrated experience in participating in a collaborative and complex matrix environment
  • Ability to understand and convey complex treatment modalities
  • Demonstrated high scientific aptitude
  • Sales experience in ultra rare disease, ideally CGT
  • Ability to appropriately access and handle business information in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and/or Pierre Fabre policies
  • Passion for making a difference in the lives of patients
  • Launch experience in a high acuity therapeutic area such as ultra rare disease (preferred)
  • Existing relationships in cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, solid organ transplantation service lines (preferred)
  • Experience managing large geographies (preferred)
  • Experience in rare oncology and/or transplant setting (preferred)
  • Demonstrated record of successful account management in large academic institution (preferred)
  • Remote in the US with regular daily and overnight travel within the assigned territory, up to 70%
  • Adherence to all US state and federal regulations
