Job Description

Cellular therapy account director launching Pierre Fabre’s Tab-cel treatment for rare EBV+ PTLD. Managing transplant-center accounts and stakeholder relationships across a large US territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead disease awareness efforts during the preapproval phase
  • Develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts to understand unmet needs and patient journeys
  • Lead onboarding processes for launching an allogeneic cell therapy
  • Navigate complex account environments and collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations functions
  • Design and execute strategic account plans using customer insights and analytical data
  • Train treatment center staff on processes to eliminate barriers and optimize operational workflows
  • Conduct disease-state education, site-of-care onboarding, market mapping, and research
  • Identify and engage medical experts in cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, lymphoma, and solid organ transplantation
  • Map processes at cell therapy and transplant centers and assess onboarding requirements for allogeneic cell therapies
  • Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet medical need, standard of care, and patient journey
  • Create and maintain detailed site account plans
  • Coordinate with Pierre Fabre functions to support efficient customer experiences and expedited access to Tab-cel Ebvallo
  • Map institutional operations, patient flows, and referral networks
  • Execute territory business plans with account-specific KPIs and tactics
  • Partner with service line directors, administrators, coordinators, pharmacy committees, transplant administrators, medical societies, and other external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with marketing on US promotional materials for launch
  • Own relationships with key commercial stakeholders within target institutions
  • Support professional meetings, staff exhibits, report on scientific sessions, and facilitate meetings with medical experts
  • Drive collaboration across field-facing teams, market access, medical affairs, and cell therapy technical operations
  • Promote Tab-cel Ebvallo based on deep knowledge of the EBV+ PTLD landscape, product knowledge, and clinical expertise
  • Share account and HCP insights with cross-functional partners and support positive stakeholder and patient experiences
  • Drive appropriate product utilization through product education and customer support
  • Educate stakeholders on Tab-cel efficacy and safety
  • Create urgency to treat appropriate patients using approved promotional materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on evolving business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience within the biopharma industry
  • Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines
  • Demonstrated experience in a collaborative and complex matrix environment
  • Ability to understand and convey complex treatment modalities
  • Demonstrated high scientific aptitude
  • Sales experience in ultra rare disease, ideally CGT
  • Ability to appropriately access and handle business information in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Pierre Fabre policies
  • Passion for making a difference in patients’ lives
  • Launch experience in a high-acuity therapeutic area such as ultra rare disease (preferred)
  • Existing relationships in cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, and solid organ transplantation service lines (preferred)
  • Experience managing large geographies (preferred)
  • Experience in rare oncology and/or transplant settings (preferred)
  • Demonstrated record of successful account management in large academic institutions (preferred)
  • Ability to travel regularly, including daily and overnight travel, within the assigned territory up to 70%
