Job Description

Cellular therapy account director launching Pierre Fabre’s Tab-cel treatment for rare transplant-related lymphoma. Managing major US treatment-center accounts across the Northwest.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead disease awareness efforts and develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical experts
  • Lead site-of-care onboarding and prepare treatment centers for launching an allogeneic cell therapy
  • Navigate complex account environments and collaborate with medical, value and access, and cell therapy operations teams
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans using customer insights and analytical data
  • Train treatment center staff on processes and optimize operational workflows
  • Identify and engage medical experts in cell therapy, bone marrow transplant, lymphoma, and solid organ transplantation
  • Educate physicians on disease severity, unmet medical need, standard of care, and patient journey
  • Create and maintain detailed site account plans and execute territory business plans with account-specific KPIs and tactics
  • Map institutional operations, patient flow, referral networks, and onboarding requirements
  • Partner with service line directors, administrators, coordinators, pharmacy committees, transplant administrators, and medical societies
  • Collaborate with marketing on US promotional materials and support professional meetings
  • Drive collaboration with market access, medical affairs, and cell therapy technical operations teams
  • Post-approval: competitively promote Tab-cel Ebvallo, educate on efficacy and safety, and drive appropriate utilization
  • Share account and HCP insights, business trends, competitive shifts, and therapeutic landscape changes with cross-functional partners
  • Support stakeholders in providing a positive and seamless patient and treatment experience
  • Operate in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and US state and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 10 years of experience within the biopharma industry
  • Deep expertise in cell or gene therapy service lines
  • Demonstrated experience in participating in a collaborative and complex matrix environment
  • Ability to understand and convey complex treatment modalities
  • Demonstrated high scientific aptitude
  • Sales experience in ultra rare disease, ideally CGT
  • Ability to appropriately access and handle business information in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and/or Pierre Fabre policies
  • Launch experience in a high acuity therapeutic area such as ultra rare disease (preferred)
  • Existing relationships in cell therapy, bone marrow transplantation, and solid organ transplantation service lines (preferred)
  • Experience managing large geographies (preferred)
  • Experience in rare oncology and/or transplant setting (preferred)
  • Demonstrated record of successful account management in large academic institution (preferred)
  • Regular daily and overnight travel within the assigned business territory, up to 70%
