Job Description
Change Management Manager role at Clean Earth, focusing on developing and implementing strategies for successful transitions. Collaborating with leadership and project teams in environmental services.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing change management strategies
- Working closely with leadership, project teams, and business units
- Developing comprehensive change management deliverables
- Identifying and engaging key stakeholders
- Developing and executing clear communications plans
- Analyzing the potential impact of changes
- Supporting the design and delivery of training programs
- Monitoring progress and tracking key metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 7 years OCM experience
- Formal OCM practitioner certification (i.e., Prosci, LaMarsh, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), etc.)
- Ability to travel – up to 25%
