Job Description

Change Manager leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs at Intetics, a global custom software and digital solutions company. Driving adoption through ADKAR/Prosci, training, communications, and go-live stabilization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs using ADKAR/Prosci methodologies to drive adoption and benefits realization
  • Develop and execute the change management strategy, including stakeholder analysis, engagement plans, impact assessments, and readiness activities across FI, MM, SD, and PP modules
  • Design and deliver end-user training, materials, and job aids; tailor content to different roles and languages, with German proficiency for all training and communications
  • Create and manage comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about changes, benefits, risks, and timetables
  • Facilitate change impact mapping, readiness assessments, and risk mitigation; track adoption metrics and report on progress to leadership
  • Collaborate with PMO and project teams to govern change activities, manage issues, and ensure alignment with overall project milestones and compliance
  • Support go-live and post-go-live stabilization (hypercare), coaching leaders and change champions, and addressing resistance or adoption barriers
  • Maintain and update change-related documentation (RACI, training matrices, stakeholder maps, benefits realization plans) and ensure alignment with IT security and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant Change Management experience
  • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation projects
  • Experience with Change Management methodologies, particularly ADKAR / Prosci
  • Understanding of SAP modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP
  • Experience with stakeholder management, communication, training, and change adoption
  • German-speaking is required
