Job Description
Client Experience Specialist providing IT sales support through timely responses and order management. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Responds timely to client requests and prompt placement of orders
- Provides timely quotes for customers
- Researches open orders and provide ETA information to clients
Requirements:
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Proactive communication to clients
- Understanding of shipment cutoff times
- Administrative support for open order tracking
