Job Description

Client Experience Specialist providing IT sales support through timely responses and order management. Collaborating with teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds timely to client requests and prompt placement of orders
  • Provides timely quotes for customers
  • Researches open orders and provide ETA information to clients

Requirements:

  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
  • Proactive communication to clients
  • Understanding of shipment cutoff times
  • Administrative support for open order tracking
