Job Description

Client Service Onboarding Specialist managing client onboarding processes at Oakwell Private Wealth Management. Handling client requests and maintaining client data in CRM with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for new client onboardings by sending disclosures, inputting workflows, data gathering, generating paperwork, creating tasks, and documenting to dos
  • Knowledge on how to open all types of complex accounts (trusts, corporation, 401ks)
  • Respond to client requests with timeliness and accuracy in mind, with the goal of handling most client requests without advisor oversight
  • Assist Advisors with client meeting prep and follow-up tasks
  • Process account opening applications, transfer paperwork, money movements and/or other various industry specific administrative tasks
  • Maintain and update client data in our CRM
  • Set a high standard of client interaction as the first person a new client interacts with on the Client Service Team
  • Attend Zoom meetings with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • 5 years plus experience in wealth management/financial planning
  • Adept and skilled with technology and 3rd party software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
  • Organization skills & attention to detail
  • Ability to anticipate client and advisor needs
  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing projects and managing your time – we do not micromanage
  • Ability to learn and implement new technology and software quickly
  • Experience with our custodian and software is not required, but will be a plus: Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Wealthbox, Orion, ALX, Money Guide Pro, Holistiplan, Income Lab, Sharefile, Docusign
