Job Description

Client Strategy & Growth Lead shaping enterprise mental-health programmes and partnerships at Intellect. Driving client outcomes, renewals, expansion and commercial growth across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sophisticated understanding of each client’s organisation, workforce, strategic priorities, stakeholders and commercial context
  • Identify workforce mental health challenges Intellect can help clients address
  • Translate client priorities into strategies, programmes, account plans and success measures
  • Use data, market insight and frontline feedback to identify performance gaps and opportunities
  • Advise clients on programme design, engagement, service delivery and expansion
  • Own important client programmes from problem definition and planning through implementation and measurable outcomes
  • Structure ambiguous challenges and translate analysis into decisions and action
  • Develop practical solutions balancing client needs, clinical quality, operational feasibility, product capabilities and commercial sustainability
  • Coordinate across clinical, operations, product, technology, data, marketing, finance and commercial teams
  • Translate commitments into plans with owners, timelines, dependencies and success measures
  • Identify delivery risks, resolve issues and escalate when needed
  • Turn successful approaches into reusable frameworks and playbooks
  • Build relationships with senior executives, HR and benefits leaders, operational stakeholders and programme owners
  • Lead business reviews and strategic discussions resulting in decisions and forward action
  • Monitor programme performance, adoption, outcomes, relationship strength and commercial health
  • Develop recovery plans for underperforming programmes or at-risk relationships
  • Navigate difficult conversations, competing priorities and escalations
  • Ensure clients understand Intellect’s value and required actions from both organisations
  • Own portfolio retention, renewal and expansion
  • Develop renewal strategies covering value demonstration, stakeholder alignment, risk management and commercial positioning
  • Identify expansion opportunities across services, employee populations, markets, business units and use cases
  • Build expansion propositions based on client needs, evidence of value and delivery capability
  • Lead or support proposals, commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Maintain account forecasts, opportunity pipelines, renewal plans and decision timelines
  • Remain accountable for commercial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Approximately 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, enterprise client leadership or another demanding client-facing or operating environment
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to bring clarity to complex, ambiguous or fast-moving situations
  • Desire to take direct responsibility for implementation, client outcomes and commercial results
  • Commercial mindset and comfort with accountability for retention, renewals, expansion and account growth
  • Ability to build credibility with senior external stakeholders while working effectively with delivery teams
  • Clear communication and ability to produce high-quality analysis, presentations and written work independently
  • Resilience under pressure and effectiveness through escalations, setbacks, demanding stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strategic judgement combined with willingness to work through operational detail
  • Ability to influence across functions without relying on hierarchy
  • Natural ownership and willingness to remain accountable when important outcomes are at risk
  • Motivation for sustained ownership beyond short-term projects
  • Low-ego, adaptable, and able to learn a complex industry quickly
  • Experience in healthcare, mental health, employee benefits, insurance, enterprise technology or multi-market service delivery is helpful but not required
