Job Description

Client Success Lead managing dental billing, claims, denials, and AR for Wisdom’s remote U.S. dental-practice clients. Partnering with technology teams to improve revenue-cycle operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate dental claims daily, including attachments, narratives, and supporting documentation
  • Post insurance payments and adjustments
  • Reconcile ERAs and EOBs against practice management systems and investigate discrepancies
  • Manage insurance aging by payer, age, and dollar value while protecting timely filing windows
  • Identify and resolve root causes of recurring denials
  • Own denials and appeals end to end, including reason-code analysis, written appeals, and escalations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client offices and payers
  • Run weekly client huddles and clearly communicate client status
  • Set performance metrics, report results regularly, and flag negative trends proactively
  • Partner with product and technology teams to improve RCM tools
  • Explain dental revenue cycle issues and recommendations to practice owners
  • Provide client-facing support and professional follow-up correspondence
  • Participate in quality assurance and respond to internal coaching
  • Use AI and other technology tools while verifying outputs against authoritative sources

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of dental revenue cycle management experience covering claim submission, payment posting, and insurance AR management
  • Track record of carrying dental RCM work remotely without daily oversight
  • Deep knowledge of dental insurance plans, CDT coding, and payer behavior
  • Proficiency in at least 2 dental practice management platforms, such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Denticon, or Curve
  • Availability for a full 8-hour day, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours
  • Exclusive dedication to Wisdom; no second billing book, outside clients, or commitments to another employer
  • Working for a direct competitor or similar RCM company is not permitted
  • Private, quiet, professional workspace with reliable internet and confidential handling of patient information
  • Ability to conduct client calls on camera
  • Exceptional communication and follow-through
  • Genuine care for patient confidentiality and data security
  • Knowledge across the full dental revenue cycle, including front-end processes, coding, claims, adjudication, posting, denials, appeals, AR, patient billing, contracts, credentialing, reporting, HIPAA, and data security
  • Ability to use at least 2 dental practice management platforms
  • RCM assessment with a high score achieved
  • AADOM membership, FAADOM designation, or other revenue cycle credentials would set a candidate apart
  • Multi-office, group practice, or DSO experience would set a candidate apart
  • Specialty billing experience in orthodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, or Medicaid would set a candidate apart
  • Credentialing, fee schedule, or PPO contract experience would set a candidate apart
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage metrics, resolve issues, communicate proactively, run client meetings, and use technology effectively
