Job Description
Client Success Manager improving healthcare revenue-cycle client retention and expansion at Experian. Analyzing data, optimizing processes, and partnering across customer-facing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion
- Identify important client success metrics and success factors
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, pain points, and optimization opportunities
- Provide relevant insights to the Client Success team
- Build relationships with client partners
- Address client concerns and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Implement process improvements within the client success function
- Refine operations and enhance efficiency
- Track client success metrics
- Identify areas for improvement and report progress to senior management
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, support, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Up to 25% travel required
- Bachelor's degree is beneficial
- 10+ years' experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within the healthcare industry
- 7+ years' experience within HIS systems
- Provider-based background recommended
- Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
- Proficient in Generative AI tools
- HFMA, CRCR beneficial
- Excellent skills with Salesforce or a similar Client Relationship Management system
- Holistic, big-picture perspective with the ability to resolve issues
- Team Player, able to collaborate across groups and learn from others, specifically sales, marketing, product, support and implementation
