Job Description

Client Success Manager improving healthcare revenue-cycle client retention and expansion at Experian. Analyzing data, optimizing processes, and partnering across customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion
  • Identify important client success metrics and success factors
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, pain points, and optimization opportunities
  • Provide relevant insights to the Client Success team
  • Build relationships with client partners
  • Address client concerns and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Implement process improvements within the client success function
  • Refine operations and enhance efficiency
  • Track client success metrics
  • Identify areas for improvement and report progress to senior management
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, support, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

  • Up to 25% travel required
  • Bachelor's degree is beneficial
  • 10+ years' experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within the healthcare industry
  • 7+ years' experience within HIS systems
  • Provider-based background recommended
  • Healthcare Project Management or Consulting experience
  • Proficient in Generative AI tools
  • HFMA, CRCR beneficial
  • Excellent skills with Salesforce or a similar Client Relationship Management system
  • Holistic, big-picture perspective with the ability to resolve issues
  • Team Player, able to collaborate across groups and learn from others, specifically sales, marketing, product, support and implementation
  • Flexible in working with changing needs of organizations
