Job Description
Clinical Account Associate collaborating with sales teams to retain clients in healthcare. Promoting Tempus's platform and products for oncology and genomic solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) on plans for client retention
- Collaborate with sales positions to achieve company goals
- Identify opportunities with existing customers
- Drive customer adoption of online ordering tools
- Monitor sales performance to meet objectives
Requirements:
- B.S. in biology, life science, business or marketing
- 1+ years of applicable experience in the industry
- Sales support experience in healthcare preferred
- Capacity to quickly learn relevant genomic and oncology information
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
