Job Description

Clinical Account Associate collaborating with sales teams to retain clients in healthcare. Promoting Tempus's platform and products for oncology and genomic solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) on plans for client retention
  • Collaborate with sales positions to achieve company goals
  • Identify opportunities with existing customers
  • Drive customer adoption of online ordering tools
  • Monitor sales performance to meet objectives

Requirements:

  • B.S. in biology, life science, business or marketing
  • 1+ years of applicable experience in the industry
  • Sales support experience in healthcare preferred
  • Capacity to quickly learn relevant genomic and oncology information
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
