Job Description
Clinical Data Analyst building measurement systems for ComPsych's workplace mental health and absence-management services. Analyzing outcomes, client experience, and provider performance to improve clinical quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of ComPsych's clinical outcomes and client experience measurement program
- Build scorecards, calculation methodologies, and reporting infrastructure consolidating data from across the organization
- Administer ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across domestic and global service lines
- Build and maintain survey platforms, including survey construction, routing logic, and data integrity
- Identify, gather, and consolidate data from multiple disconnected sources into a unified reporting structure
- Define and build calculation methodologies for clinical outcome and experience measures, including PHQ-9, GAD-7, WOS, WAI, Functioning, CSAT, and NPS
- Design and develop scorecards and reporting frameworks
- Own and maintain recurring outcomes and experience reports for clinical and operations leadership
- Analyze trends, anomalies, and insights across outcomes and experience measures
- Combine outcomes and experience data with provider network data to identify performance gaps and improve external network quality
- Collaborate with the clinical research team on ad hoc research projects, white papers, and thought leadership initiatives
- Support leadership in continuous improvement of clinical workflows and programs and identify operational efficiency and clinical innovation opportunities
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment in translating clinical and operational objectives into actionable insights
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required in statistics, public health, psychology, data science, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred in statistics, public health, psychology, data science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement, preferably in a clinical, behavioral health, or healthcare environment
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data interpretation in applied research settings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI required
- Experience with survey platforms such as Alchemer or LimeSurvey, including survey build, logic/routing, and data export
- Experience with SPSS or similar analytics platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated ownership of deliverables from data collection through final reporting, including proactive communication of timelines, risks, or data limitations to stakeholders
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, analysis, and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
- Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
- Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
