Job Description

Market Clinical Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for anesthesia clinicians at SCP Health. Collaborating with clinical leaders and providing a high-touch candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for anesthesia clinicians
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Develop customized recruiting strategies based on market conditions
  • Build proactive pipelines of anesthesia talent through direct sourcing and referral networks
  • Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to anesthesia operations leaders
  • Deliver a high-touch, relationship-focused candidate experience
  • Utilize enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) for recruitment metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruitment
  • Prior experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, or nursing clinicians, preferred
  • Proven sourcing and relationship-building skills in competitive talent markets
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of physician compensation structures, contract terms, and credentialing processes
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
