Job Description
Market Clinical Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for anesthesia clinicians at SCP Health. Collaborating with clinical leaders and providing a high-touch candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for anesthesia clinicians
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Develop customized recruiting strategies based on market conditions
- Build proactive pipelines of anesthesia talent through direct sourcing and referral networks
- Serve as a strategic recruiting partner to anesthesia operations leaders
- Deliver a high-touch, relationship-focused candidate experience
- Utilize enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) for recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical recruitment
- Prior experience recruiting physicians, advanced practice providers, or nursing clinicians, preferred
- Proven sourcing and relationship-building skills in competitive talent markets
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of physician compensation structures, contract terms, and credentialing processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
