Job Description
Site Engagement Liaison building clinical trial site relationships for ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation. Supporting study compliance, engagement strategies, and site performance.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
- Provide support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site
- Monitor site performance metrics and provide regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes
- Contribute to clinical research activities and take responsibility for deliverables while working collaboratively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials
- Willingness to travel as required, approximately 60%
- Legal right to work in Germany
