Job Description
Co-Founder & CEO leading Concordance, an AI clinical documentation compliance venture auditing healthcare charts in real time. Driving customer pilots, product development, fundraising, and founding-team formation.
Responsibilities:
- Set the venture's direction and lead execution as Co-Founder & CEO
- Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning
- Lead pilots with compliance and revenue cycle leaders
- Convert pilots to paid engagements and build the go-to-market motion
- Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback
- Lead the seed fundraising round with support from FutureSight's network and traction
- Recruit and lead the founding team
- Establish the company's cultural foundation
Requirements:
- Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company
- Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or B2B AI go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement
- Fundraising fluency, with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company
- Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or denial management
- Intuitive understanding of the operational differences between clinical/coding denials and administrative roadblocks
- Familiarity with fragmented smaller EHR/PM systems and the technology stacks used by billers
- Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining why the venture aligns with the applicant's founder goals
