Job Description
Remote collections representative for ARS National Services, helping consumers navigate financial difficulties. Handling calls, negotiating payment solutions, and maintaining FDCPA compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and confidence
- Analyze financial situations and offer tailored solutions
- Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and full repayments
- Maintain quality standards and FDCPA compliance
- Keep accurate records
- Collaborate with team leads
- Engage with the team on camera during shifts
- Support consumers navigating financial difficulties
Requirements:
- Must reside in the greater Jacksonville area
- Must be able to work from home
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills — assertive, clear, and professional
- Critical thinking and active listening
- Comfort with basic math and percentages
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Collections, sales, or call center experience is a plus
- Must be on camera and engaged during work hours
- Monday–Friday availability, 9AM–6PM
- One evening per week, 12PM–9PM
