Job Description

Business Development Manager focusing on commercial cooling solutions at Hisense USA. Driving growth and partnerships with beverage and foodservice sectors in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial cooling and beverage industries.
  • Support the development of relationships with key potential customers, including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Beverage bottlers, Convenience store chains, Foodservice customers and Distribution partners.
  • Assist in customer presentations, business reviews, and proposal development.
  • Support strategic account management activities for commercial cooling customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand equipment and operational needs.
  • Help develop long-term growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Provide market feedback to product management and engineering teams.
  • Support product launches and commercialization initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Service teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Coordinate customer projects from initial opportunity through implementation.
  • Ensure timely communication and execution of customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial refrigeration, Beverage equipment, Foodservice equipment, Retail refrigeration, or Cold chain solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience supporting or managing business relationships with Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, bottlers, foodservice operators, or commercial refrigeration manufacturers.
  • Strong industry connections and a proven ability to build partnerships within the beverage, refrigeration, and cold-chain sectors.
