Job Description
Commercial Manager growing Whitefox Technologies’ US ethanol membrane-solutions business. Building producer relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue across the US market.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth in the US ethanol market
- Own the order intake and revenue target for the first full financial year in role
- Represent Whitefox Blueprint values, standards, and safety culture to customers and external stakeholders during site visits and support activities
- Build and maintain senior relationships across an agreed portfolio of US ethanol producers
- Run customer meetings unaccompanied
- Own the US ethanol sales pipeline in CRM
- Keep opportunity data accurate and current
- Deliver a monthly forecast to the leadership team
- Operate independently in the field with 40–50% travel
- Act as a credible point of cover for the Commercial Director during absences
- Collaborate with engineering, product, customer service and project management colleagues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
- Direct experience in the US ethanol industry, including producers, plant economics, and customer buying decisions, is essential
- Track record of consultative, solution-led selling on long, engineering-led capital sales cycles
- Genuine CRM and commercial pipeline discipline
- Financial and analytical acumen to build and defend a customer payback / ROI case
- Communication and technical credibility to hold substantive conversations with engineers and producer leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively across product, customer service, project management and engineering
- Ability to operate independently in the field
- Ability to travel within the USA 40–50%
- Standard US full-time hours (40 hrs/week), Monday to Friday
- Flexibility required for a field-based commercial role
