Job Description

Commercial Manager growing Whitefox Technologies’ US ethanol revenue through producer relationships and consultative capital sales. Operating remotely from the Midwest with 40–50% field travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth in the US ethanol market
  • Own the order intake and revenue target for the first full financial year
  • Represent Whitefox Blueprint values, standards, and safety culture to customers and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across an agreed portfolio of US ethanol producers
  • Run customer meetings independently
  • Own the US ethanol sales pipeline in CRM
  • Keep opportunity data accurate and current
  • Deliver a reliable monthly forecast to the leadership team
  • Operate independently in the field with 40–50% travel
  • Provide credible cover for the Commercial Director during absences
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, customer service, and project management teams
  • Support sales of advanced membrane solutions for more efficient industrial production

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Direct experience in the US ethanol industry, including producers, plant economics, and customer buying decisions
  • Track record of consultative, solution-led selling on long, engineering-led capital sales cycles
  • CRM and commercial pipeline discipline
  • Financial and analytical acumen to build and defend customer payback / ROI cases
  • Communication and technical credibility with engineers and producer leadership
  • Ability to work collaboratively across product, customer service, project management and engineering
  • Ability to operate independently in the field
  • Ability to travel within the USA 40–50% and periodically travel to the London office
  • Standard US full-time availability, Monday to Friday
  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and delivering results
