Job Description

Superintendent managing construction projects under the direction of a Construction Manager for Enabled Energy. Ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects at customer sites in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage specific projects on site under the direction of a Construction Manager
  • Ensure that each project is delivered with high quality, on time, and under budget
  • Actively participate in the installation of the contracted solution
  • Spend a majority of time at customer sites managing construction projects and developing relationships with local customer teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of construction experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills and familiarity with project management tools
  • Use of basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers/cutters, drills, etc.)
  • Use of specialized power tools (saws, nibblers, impact drivers, etc.)
  • Experience running control wire following best practices for dressing wire, stripping and landing wire ends, choosing and using proper conduit, fittings, grommets, etc.
  • Use of electrical meter to verify conductivity and measure voltage, current, power, power factor, etc.
  • Able to use a computer to configure fans, VFDs, etc;
  • Strong supervision skills and work ethic
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Technical proficiency in construction and data center systems
  • Skilled in subcontractor coordination and procurement
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Character Driven - Works seamlessly with engineering, sales, finance, and operations teams, ensuring alignment across departments to ensure project success
  • Proactive and Inquisitive Problem Solver - Possesses a self-starting attitude and natural curiosity
  • Committed to Continuous Learning and Innovation - Stays at the forefront of HVAC equipment, controls, building automation (e.g., Niagara Framework), and energy optimization strategies

  • Preferred: Data Center specific certifications (DCEP, CDCP, etc;)
  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • HVAC and Mechanical experience a plus
