Job Description
SAP-Development-Consultant für BTP- und CAP-Lösungen bei Energieversorgern. Umsetzung von S/4HANA-Utilities-Projekten und Weiterentwicklung Richtung Architektur und Beratung.
Responsibilities:
- Develop SAP solutions for energy providers
- Implement and optimize existing developments
- Contribute to cloud scenarios on SAP BTP
- Implement services using CAP (Node.js/Java)
- Model data structures and services with CDS, as well as OData/REST APIs
- Integrate services into S/4HANA Utilities processes
- Implement customer requirements in the SAP environment
- Analyze errors and support the testing of processes and functions
- Analyze and document customer requirements
- Create technical concepts together with more experienced colleagues
- Work closely with consultants and senior developers
- Continuously develop your skills through projects and training
Requirements:
- Completed degree in computer science, engineering, natural sciences, business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
- Initial to several years of experience in SAP development
- Experience with technologies such as SAP CAP (Node.js/Java), ABAP OO, or CDS views
- Basic knowledge of SAP CAP
- Basic knowledge of SAP BTP, such as Cloud Foundry and Destinations
- Basic knowledge of CDS and RAP
- Basic knowledge of API-based integrations using OData/REST services
- Basic knowledge of SAPUI5/Fiori or modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Basic knowledge of ABAP
- Interest in the energy sector or willingness to learn about S/4HANA Utilities
- Basic knowledge of DevOps principles, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working on energy-market projects
- Very good German and good English skills
- Strong willingness to learn, team spirit, and customer focus
