Job Description
Post-consumer sales coach improving sales processes, analytics, and coaching programs at Atlantic Union Bank. Supporting growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition across Central Maryland.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and support end-to-end operational activities for banking products and services
- Process financial transactions
- Maintain account records
- Perform reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements
- Monitor workflow efficiency
- Resolve operational exceptions
- Implement process improvements
- Collaborate with business partners to support seamless client and branch operations
- Support sales planning, performance management, and sales enablement initiatives
- Develop reporting, analytics, and insights to monitor sales effectiveness and business outcomes
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes, productivity, and client engagement
- Support training, coaching, incentive, and execution programs that enhance sales capabilities
- Partner with business leaders to implement strategies that drive growth, revenue generation, and customer acquisition
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Typically requires 5 - 6+ years prior experience
- In-depth knowledge of the job area
- Advanced knowledge of a job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience
- Ability to manage projects/processes independently with limited supervision
- Ability to coach and review the work of lower level professionals
- Ability to address difficult and sometimes complex problems
