Job Description
Remote Contact Center Agents driving owner and guest outreach for Vacatia, a hospitality company reinventing vacation rentals and ownership. Converting prospects into confirmed vacation package sales.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners and potential new customers
- Drive sales and customer engagement through inbound and outbound phone interactions
- Entice owners and potential customers to schedule vacations
- Overcome objections to secure vacation package payments
- Operate dialer systems, lead management software, and CRM platforms
- Accurately document customer interactions and agreements
- Establish professional rapport with customers
- Build excitement and confidence in the virtual process and vacation ownership experience
- Convert qualified prospects into confirmed vacation package sales
- Fill one of four roles: Initial Contact Person, Activations Agent, Travel Coordinator, or Tour Confirmer
Requirements:
- Previous sales, customer service, outbound marketing, vacation sales, or call center experience preferred
- Strong objection-handling and phone-based closing skills
- Persistence to overcome objections and secure sales
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to establish rapport and present information clearly
- Ability to interact confidently with diverse customers
- Ability to identify customer needs, evaluate information, and solve practical problems
- Organizational abilities and professionalism
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in timeshare or hospitality sales is a plus
- Tech-savvy and sales-driven
- Ability to work from home in the United States; Florida, Virginia, and Nevada preferred
