Job Description
Contract Manager organizing customer, financing, and intercompany agreements for feld.energy’s agri-photovoltaic business. Ensuring complete documentation, version control, deadlines, and efficient AI-supported processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize contracts operationally
- Build and maintain a structured and transparent contract repository
- Prepare customer contracts and ensure that all information and documents are complete and accurate
- Compile and review contract documentation for bank financing, ensuring completeness, consistency, and compliance with internal requirements
- Coordinate and process contract amendments, including thorough documentation and version control
- Prepare intercompany agreements and coordinate their execution and complete documentation
- Monitor deadlines, contract status, and next steps, and involve relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
- Process contracts and documents efficiently using AI and modern software
- Continuously improve existing processes and systems
Requirements:
- Careful, structured, and reliable working style
- A completed degree or vocational qualification, for example in business, finance, business law, or a comparable field, is advantageous but not essential
- Initial experience working with contracts, documents, or administrative processes is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly understand complex documents and interrelationships
- Interest in and openness to actively using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Business-fluent German language skills at a minimum C1 level, both written and spoken
