Job Description
Conversion Specialist migrating financial-services customer data from Zenith to NexLedgr. Coordinating implementations, validation, testing, and quality control for Axos customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, coordinate, and execute customer conversions from the legacy Zenith platform to NexLedgr, potentially including Rollfi and Yodlee configuration
- Maintain adherence to conversion work plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness assessments
- Work with the Zenith Implementation Specialist to keep conversions on track and meet milestones
- Potentially manage multiple conversions simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
- Develop and publish the master Conversion QC Checklist
- Analyze legacy customer data and identify data quality issues before conversion
- Prepare, validate, and reconcile migration datasets using the Conversion Tool
- Execute test conversions and evaluate results for completeness and accuracy
- Verify successful migration of customer datasets
- Document exceptions, anomalies, and remediation activities for the Conversion Team
- Participate in and help drive implementation interviews with customers
- Gather operational requirements and document conversion customizations
- Provide conversion nuance details to the Implementation Specialist for customer training
- Perform pre-conversion readiness reviews
- Perform post-conversion quality control and complete the master Conversion QC Checklist
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, client onboarding, data conversion, operations, project coordination, or customer-facing project management
- Experience with large-scale data migration and conversion processes, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and conversion testing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting financial services, banking, accounting, fintech, SaaS implementations, or software deployment projects preferred
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis platforms preferred
- Successful completion of a credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana screening
- Must satisfy U.S. employment eligibility verification requirements
