Job Description
Corrigo Administrator managing performance and data integrity for facilities functions at Cushman & Wakefield. Responsible for KPIs, data management, and system configuration while ensuring customer focus.
Responsibilities:
- Support KPI development to align tracking of global real estate and facilities outcomes to enterprise goals
- Identify inefficiencies and implement optimization strategies within the performance management function
- Gather, analyze, and present real estate and facilities performance data to stakeholders
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback on improvements to the performance function
- Track and monitor timelines, work-back schedules, and requirements for specialty global projects
- Responsible for overall integrity of the Corrigo system, supporting the client team, overseeing proper system use
- Ongoing Database management track time spent supporting accounts
- Manage the Corrigo systems and associated data platform, as it specifically relates to performance management/reporting
- Serve as subject matter expert to the client team for all CMMS systems related questions, support issues, and requirements
- Explore options to satisfy new business needs within the capabilities of existing systems; configure, document and deploy solutions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of user base and critical user needs
Requirements:
- Corrigo Platform experience is required
- College graduate (BS/BA) preferred
- Customer service focus
- Experience in real estate Industry and facility management operations a plus
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, specifically using formulas for data analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completion
- Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new applications quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to set priorities, and work autonomously
- Data analysis/implementation
- Ability to communicate and implement complex ideas
- Ability to work in a Team environment
