Job Description
Creative Resource Manager staffing Nen Creative’s creative studio for technology companies. Managing capacity, scheduling, and resource-planning systems across projects.
Responsibilities:
- Own resource planning across all active and upcoming creative projects
- Maintain current views of team availability, workload, project schedules, and capacity
- Identify capacity gaps, scheduling conflicts, and bottlenecks
- Track utilization and help leadership assess over- or under-capacity
- Anticipate future resource needs from the studio pipeline
- Match projects with internal team members based on skills, experience, availability, and project needs
- Partner with Creative Producers and creative leads to build project teams
- Support staffing for new business opportunities and incoming projects
- Manage staffing changes as project scopes, timelines, and priorities shift
- Coordinate internal staffing across shoots and maintain visibility into the studio-wide shoot calendar
- Maintain accurate resource plans and staffing information
- Build and maintain systems, trackers, and dashboards for resource planning
- Improve staffing decision-making processes
- Help leadership understand resource impacts before commitments are made
Requirements:
- Must be based in the United States
- 3–5 years of experience in resource management, creative operations, project coordination, creative production, or a related field
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows, including pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Naturally proactive and able to identify potential problems early
- Strong people skills and ability to build trust with creatives, project leads, and leadership
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and constantly changing timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to make thoughtful decisions with incomplete information
- Resourceful, persistent, and comfortable working without a rigid playbook
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and quick to learn new tools
- Comfortable working late nights and weekends as needed
- No employment visa sponsorship requirement indicated as acceptable
