Job Description
CRM Business Solution Architect designing scalable Salesforce and enterprise integrations for Vishay, a global semiconductor and electronic component manufacturer. Advising stakeholders and guiding technical architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end technology solutions meeting business requirements, performance standards, and scalability needs
- Develop solution architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps
- Evaluate and recommend platforms, tools, and technologies aligned with enterprise architecture principles
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Advise stakeholders while balancing business priorities, technical feasibility, effort, and risk
- Support digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide architectural guidance to development, infrastructure, and vendor teams
- Guide developers and administrators on when to use Flow, Apex, or LWC
- Manage API limits and select real-time, batch, or event-driven integration patterns
- Ensure solutions adhere to security, data privacy, and compliance standards
- Review and approve technical designs, integrations, and system changes
- Architect integrations across ERP SAP, HRIS, CRM, cloud platforms, and CPQ
- Ensure consistency and interoperability across platforms and environments
- Support cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions
- Define and maintain architecture standards, best practices, and documentation
- Participate in architecture review boards and change management processes
- Document the rationale behind architectural decisions
- Identify technical debt and recommend remediation strategies
- Evaluate third-party vendors and solution providers, including AppExchange
- Support RFPs, vendor selection, and contract reviews from a technical perspective
- Partner with project managers and project owners to deliver solutions on time and within scope
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
- 7+ years of progressive IT experience
- At least 3–5 years in a Solutions Architect or equivalent role
- Deep expertise with Sales Cloud
- Experience designing enterprise-level solutions across applications, infrastructure, data, and integrations
- Proven experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong knowledge of AgentForce, Mulesoft and Sales Cloud environment
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of application architecture and system integrations
