Job Description
CRM Designer creating offer, mission, and LiveOps interfaces for Beach Bum, a casual online gaming company. Designing scalable screens that drive player engagement and monetization.
Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end templates for CRM and LiveOps surfaces, including offer popups, bundles, mission trackers, event screens, and similar in-game monetization units across multiple live titles
- Review live and in-development screens, iterate based on feedback and performance data, and continuously raise the craft bar
- Work closely with Monetization and Product teams, product managers, and artists to translate offer logic and business goals into scalable interfaces
- Create clear, scannable screens for sales, mission chains, and new offers that support player engagement and monetization
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of design experience, ideally with exposure to mobile games, LiveOps, CRM, or monetization-focused product surfaces
- Strong portfolio showing structured, componentized work and layouts that handle real content and states
- Proficiency with standard design tooling, specifically Photoshop
- Ability to hand off clean, well-organized files for engineers and designers
- Good illustration and UI design skills
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus
- Good visual communication skills, including communicating through graphics and typography
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to translate business requirements into clear design decisions
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Direct experience designing offers, bundles, or missions for a live mobile game
- Familiarity with A/B testing and measuring design decisions against monetization and engagement metrics
- Knowledge of game UI conventions and player psychology around rewards, scarcity, and progress
- Understanding of basic animation principles
- Availability to work within the CET (UTC+1) ±2-hour timezone range is indicated by the required application question
