Job Description
CRM/Lead Coordinator managing inbound inquiries and nurturing leads for assisted living. Providing a seamless experience from first contact through move-in for families.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond promptly to all inbound leads (phone, email, web inquiries)
- Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
- Conduct consistent follow-ups before and after tours to drive conversions
- Track lead activity, status updates, and communication history
- Work closely with the on-site team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with families
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills (CRM systems, email, basic data entry)
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with families in a service-oriented environment
- No prior experience required
