Job Description

CRM/Lead Coordinator managing inbound inquiries and nurturing leads for assisted living. Providing a seamless experience from first contact through move-in for families.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond promptly to all inbound leads (phone, email, web inquiries)
  • Schedule and coordinate tours for prospective residents and families
  • Conduct consistent follow-ups before and after tours to drive conversions
  • Track lead activity, status updates, and communication history
  • Work closely with the on-site team to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to move-in
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with families

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills (CRM systems, email, basic data entry)
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable speaking with families in a service-oriented environment
  • No prior experience required
