Job Description
CRM Manager supporting sales and outreach activities for DataSmart Point Academy. Manage CRM system, coordinate educational programs, and engage with prospective students and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage our CRM system
- Support and advise prospective students and leads via phone, video and email
- Coordinate appointments, courses and students
- Support the sales process and provide guidance on suitable educational programs
- Independently conduct outreach activities via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Communicate and coordinate with partners, companies and educational institutions
Requirements:
- German language skills at a minimum C1 level
- Experience in administration, sales, consulting or coordination
- Proficient with CRM systems
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a structured, independent manner and take initiative
- Interest in education, data and digital processes
